Holy batfruit... What a ride! This is offiicially the last day of our crowdfunding campaign and strangely enough... I think we're going to miss it. It's turned out to be a fairly distracting, addictive business.

All together we have raised 108% of the amount we hoped to raise - which is amazing. The extra 8% actually allows us to pay for mastering the tracks properly (meaning you will get an even better record). So, everybody's happy.

More than 80 people came out to support us and even Amsterdam Fonds voor de Kunst gave us a contribution. We couldn't be more proud.

So, thanks to you for your help in supporting and sharing, to Jorn Prinsen who made our crowdfunding videos, to Arda Karacizmeli who helped piece the artwork together for the record sleeve (both for free!), Terence Brevé who allowed us to use his artwork, and by no means least, Twan Bultstra who has given countless hours to the recording and mixing of all the tracks. And thanks to everyone else who came to see us play live, connected with us, smiled and clapped.

So, we’ve made it, we’re happy, we love you all and we want to say how grateful we are. We’re 723458623 grateful!

Thank you! 100%! This feels really very good.

…..but, tada! this is only the beginning.

We’ve still got time left (2 weeks at time of writing!); there are still many EPs to get hold of (100s!) - and it would certainly help to raise some more cash (not sure how much yet). But what the hell for, I hear you scream!

Well, where to start.... for one we'd like to treat you to a kick-ass video for 'Blue Waters' (story-boarded, but no means yet to actually make it).

And! We are going to record a second EP in July and August, and planning to release this in September / October. It will feature around 8 songs written over the past year. It will be a vinyl release as well, and we hope to feature more work from Terence Brevé – www.terencebreve.com (if he’ll let us!)

So - here's to the beginning! If you haven’t bought an EP yet, then you can still do so, and this money will be placed under a mouldy mattress in a bunker somewhere very cold - to be retrieved when we start with the next recording sessions.

Did we tell you yet that we find this whole thing to be very very exiting? Yes? Well, let us tell you again. And you should be exited too, because together we've now made it to 90%!!! Oohhhhhhh.... Is it time for a count down yet?

Ooeeeeehhhhhh almost 70%!!

This is getting exciting….it’s like a 45 day long “see who can hold their breath the longest” extravaganza. 69% raised, thanks to everyone so far!

By the way: we are not sitting it out doing nothing - we just had 2 gigs last Sunday in Amsterdam, we're rehearsing with a percussionist for or upcoming gig in Hanneke's Boom on April 24 at 16.00 - https://www.facebook.com/events/465736443582199/
