Over the holidays my friends and I recorded a simple rendition of "California Dreaming" (first recorded by The Mamas & the Papas) as a thank you for supporting me; you've been more than I could wish for and I am very blessed and happy to know there are people who believe in me. This motivates me so much to continue to follow my dreams and ambitions as a performer, singer, creator, and to never give up; have a blessed 2015 and more to come!

This is my first attempt to complete the 'giving back' of the Voordekunst Crowdfunding project.

I'm so sorry it took a while; I've been up to many things since my return from the UK, including rounding off my previous project with perquisite and the band, giving our final concert in November and sorting out the bits sand pieces of this memorable tour I got to organize and am now still enjoying.

I am currently making head space to be able to take up writing for my upcoming album (who knows when, but I do know it's not an 'if').

Time flew by and as I write this to you I again stress how immensely grateful I am for your support as well as for everyone who helped make this unforgettable music project possible; the musicians in the band, the incredibly professional crew, Caro Emerald and her strong and creative team, the beautiful surroundings and venues and the people we met all through our band travels; unforgettable! The gorgeous crowd and YOU, the ones who supported me all the way through this, you've been more than I could wish for and I am very blessed and happy to know there are people who believe in me and were willing to support me in such crazy times! This motivates me so much to continue to follow my dreams and ambitions as a performer, singer, creator, and to never give up.

Greetings from Manchester! Arrived this morning as we were playing in the beautiful Nottingham City Hall last night!
Getting some rest now before dinner, as this is our day "off".
Tomorrow night is also another great show supporting Caro Emerald in the Phones 4U Arena!

Dear Guys! You've been the best of the best!! Thanks so much for your continuining support in spreading the word!!!  ;-)!  So far we've done shows in Brighton, Birmingham and Cardiff, and today we'll be playing in the south coast of Devon: beautiful coastal Plymouth!!

After the UK tour I'll be pretty occupied with baking cakes, giftwrapping your albums and setting up Skype meetings if you ask me ;-)

So, once again,...

My recent crowd-funding campaign with #Voordekunst with which I am still hoping to continue to exceed to the target goal to help cover the tour with Caro Emerald on 11 big UK shows is still on: 12 days to go!! Your contributions are still helping me on the road to making this all possible! Your kind donations funded our sweet tour-bus, which is basically our house for the entire tour, no hotels, and the band costs and we can now eat too!! Thank you! The tour started on the 9th of October, so far we did a show in Brighton and Birmingham! Cardiff's on tonight and we're so excited to be in Wales!!

Lieve allen, mijn dank (ook namens de band) is groot, enorm, omdat jullie in mij geloven en het vertrouwen in mij hebben. Hoe zeg ik dit. Ik ben u ontzettend dankbaar. Nooit durven dromen dat ik deze kans mocht krijgen, maar ik zie het ook als een kans om het goed te doen.

Recentelijk dus gestart met dit mooie project via Voordekunst.nl en dus dankzij jullie steun en donaties kan ik nu een groot deel van ons avontuur in Engeland financieren! Dat is waanzinnig! Onze tour-bus en de kosten voor de muzikanten en we kunnen eten. Behoorlijk op weg en wij zijn er zeker van dat het onvergetelijk, kansrijk, bijzonder, avontuurlijk wordt. Voor Kris Berry van onschatbare waarde !! De tour start dus op 9 Oktober; een paar dagen te gaan, spannend!!!!

Het eerste doel is behaald: het is echter nog steeds mogelijk om bij te dragen! Lees hieronder waar de extra donaties aan besteed worden.

• De geluidsmensen die ons geluid voor op het podium en de zaal kunnen inregelen, voor 11 shows (a 100 euro de man, totaal €2200 ex. btw)
