Who am I?🎹🎶

My name is David Albulescu and I recently graduated from Codarts University in Rotterdam with a thesis called “New Jerusalem”. Here is what the teachers say about me:

“David is a very dedicated, resilient, curious and adventurous composer. He works hard, willing to embark on the experiment, without being worried about what comes out. In the serious world of modern music, the use of humour in his work is very welcome”. (Codarts Exam Committee)

I compose music within many idioms (pop, jazz, classical, hip hop, electronic, film, theatre, game, commercial) and I am also a sound engineer (recording, mixing, mastering any genre).

In August I moved my residency to Amsterdam, a city that is known for its vibrant cultural environment. Here I opened my own company called "The Psalmist", a platform that will enable me to unfold my creativity in art and technology.

Why I need your help!💁🏼🥂

Now that studying is over I want to become independent of school’s facilities and I cannot afford to buy everything I need to work on any type of project that will come up in my professional life. I am looking to buy:

-a custom-made computer for audio;

-a microphone - avantone CV-12;

-softwares (Ableton, Komplete, UAD, Fab Filter, Ozone).

What I want to do 🎹🎙️

Having these gear at my disposal will help me:
-organize a concert in Amsterdam Zuid on 19th of November where I will play a full set of my personal compositions;
-sell my music online on platforms like AudioJungle;
-work on freelancing projects on platforms like Upwork.
