Who I am
My name is Efraim, I'm a German jazz drummer, composer and drum teacher, born in Australia and living in Amsterdam. In the last 10 years, since graduating with a Masters degree at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, I have been playing drums in over 30 bands: Rafael Fraga, Carly E, Sietske & Band, Ricciotti Ensemble, Neutral Ground Brass Band, Jellyfish, De Ministers, and more...

What I do
In 2022 I wrote 10 pieces of music, that were inspired by the many trips to the beautiful nature of the Pacific Northwest in the USA, where my wife is from and in which I also processed my experience of becoming a father. Then, in November 2022 I recorded these songs together with my new quartet consisting of trumpet, piano, double bass and drums and I added guitar on two of the tracks. I even invited a string trio to play on one of the songs!
The recordings are done, but the final steps towards finishing a CD have yet to be done.

What YOU can do
With your help I can finish making my CD. That entails having all the tracks mixed and mastered by professional sound engineers, hire a visual artist to make a beautiful artwork, press physical CD's and have the music be available on all streaming platforms as well.
