Eerst wat verduidelijking, er is veel gesproken over de toekomst van de Meister. Als muziek café, als café überhaupt. Mijn persoonlijke situatie heeft daar niet altijd veel aan meegewerkt. dus hier de antwoorden.

Café de Meister zal blijven bestaan. er zijn veel gesprekken en discussies over hoe wat en onder wie.

Ten eerste staat dit pand waar het café in ligt en is vernoemd naar Meister Rutten, mijn opa bijna 100 jaar.

Meister Rutten stond bekend om zijn spirituele kwaliteiten en wat terug te willen doen voor de wijk Lindenheuvel en de mensen in de omgeving.

Dit wil ik natuurlijk ook als kleinzoon en als eigen filosofie in het leven ook.

Hoe pak je dan zoiets aan, en hoe kan je er voor zorgen dat je zelf er i.i.g. niet slechter van wordt.

Mijn mening is muziek verbind ons allemaal, iedereen houd er van, en de sfeer die het met zich mee brengt, het dansen, de mensen, de nostalgische verhalen en de culturen zijn prachtig.

In deze tijd zijn er zoveel muziek soorten en kunst vormen dat niet iedereen zich aansluit bij muziek die hier veel wordt geprogrammeerd.

Maar mijn visie is Café de Meister is er voor iedereen.
Alle muziek soorten en alle culturen.

Maar daar hoort ook biljarten en darten bij, schilderen, gedichten of liedjes schrijven, karaoke, oefenruimtes, een goede keuken, oude ambachten, een lekker kopje koffie, een kaart clubje, een krantje, tijdschrift of boek lezen even een potje schaken die ik dan wel verlies van Robert of Jesus. Maar er komt gelukkig revanche.

Ik denk dat de boodschap duidelijk is.
Ik en de mensen om mij heen van Café de Meister willen hier een plek voor iedereen creëren, waar wij van de ervaring en wijsheid van de ouderen kunnen leren. en hun in hun omgeving respecteren met een lekker kopje koffie een broodje en een stuk vla.

Waar de hardwerkende mens een speciaal biertje kan drinken op het terras en een ijsje voor hun kinderen terwijl in onze nieuwe keuken hopelijk een lekker tapas en of een lekkere maaltijd wordt bereidt.
Waar kinderen kunnen opkijken naar kunst en de makers daarvan, en dit ook willen doen.
De visie van "De Meister" herinneren waar een gezond lichaam en een gezonde Geest niet alleen jezelf maar ook andere om je heen gelukkiger maken.
Dit begint dus ook met voeding, en kennis opdoen hierover.
Waar iedereen wordt gerespecteerd of hij of zij dit wel of niet wil.
En iedereen zich op zijn eigen manier mag uiten en reageren, zolang er maar rekening wordt gehouden met de omgeving en de geschiedenis en regels van de Meister.

Ook zijn er de hulp behoevende, diegene die het zich niet kunnen veroorloven een gezonde maaltijd te nemen. of even een wandeling of taxi bus te nemen om een vers en gezonde maaltijd of sapje te nemen.
Of degene die geen hulp willen of nodig hebben, maar zich toch niet thuis voelen in de plek en plaats die ze in nemen in de wereld.

In de afgelopen jaren hebben een aantal mensen om de Meister hierover vaker gesproken.
En het is onze wens deze mensen vanuit onze visie te helpen, zoals zoveele ook mij hebben geholpen.

De Ideale situatie zal dus worden dat er een stichting wordt opgericht, die deze dingen kan gaan realiseren.

Maar het aller belangrijkste komt nu.
CAFE DE MEISTER ZOEKT FINANCIËLE MIDDELEN O.A. VIA CROWDFUNDING.

Het wordt onze taak om de iedereen tevreden te houden, zoals de ouderen, de verenigingen, de muzikanten, dus ja veel concerten, maar niet teveel.

Er zal heel veel moeten gebeuren.
Zowel qua promo, qua organisatie qua uitvoeren, qua horeca, koken bardienst, evenementenplanning, schoonmaken, enz enz enz.

En ook al kan je nu nog niks doen, maar wil je toch vrijwilliger worden.
Stuur je c.v. op naar [email protected] en je komt in een database en er wordt contact met je gezocht.
Je zal duidelijke instructies krijgen die passen bij jou kwaliteiten.
En wie weet groei je door binnen de organisatie, of vind je via deze ervaring wel iets anders wat bij je past.

Het gaat niet alleen om ons, het gaat om muziek, het gaat om samenleven, het gaat om gezondheid, om begrip, om redenen, waar we soms niet mee bezig zijn, maar toch in ons dagelijks leven mee worden geconfronteerd.

It is hard for me to put this crowdfunding online, I believe in hard work, beeing good for people and to succeed in life and buissnes with.

However before I intoduce myself and tell about the Meister.
I came to the conclusion I can not do it by myself.
My views of life and how to run a buisness are not controversial but I had to cope with many decissions how I think about things and how the reality is.

The constant support of the people around me are heartbreaking but our resources are limitted.
Especially now my health holds me back in the things I try to achieve.

The reason I choose for this crowdfunding is that all donations are tax refundable.
Private persons 1,5 times the donated amount.
Companies 2,0 times the amount.
This is because I have been accepted as a social institution.

My name is Laurent and I am the owner of a music bar café the Meister.

The Meister means in our dialect teacher.

The bar has been named after my grandfather, who was a teacher.
The father of his wife, my great grandfather, build this building 100 years ago.

My grandfather got this nickname for his contribution to the people he tried to help.

Through common knowledge, health, exercise and spiritual matters he tried to give back to those who needed him.

Although times have changed, many problems still exist.

The basic human rights and needs are universal.

Because ofso many different reasons these are not provided to youth, the elderly,minorities, and many other people who fall below the standards of accepted behavior.

With my experience and vision I try to follow my grandfather’s steps and try to assist these people but also those who do not need it.

I think that communication is a primary condition to be met for understanding each other.

Art, music,poetry, and drama are examples to help those, who find it hard to express themselves.

But also to listening to the great artists who already have been here, local or international are a welcome change for everybody.

It is a universal right to express yourself in freedom, and who better to represent this basic right then the artists who try to point out problems or joy in entertainment.

Myself and the people around me try to help artists, by showing for example that the money dominated music business are not guidelines we follow.

We try to also give back the joy and pleasure to the artists, bands guest and audiences by showing that making profit is not our core business.

It is a way of life!

There are so many ways of life and we try to respect and support them by our motto and rules here.

No hate, no violence, no prejudgements, and no drugs in the building.

Because of my health problems I am not able to sustain my business from my own finances, and are now asking you with crowdfunding to help us with financial support.

When the financial support comes we will continue trying to do our positive influence in this society.

But we will also continue to be a stage for the artists who we have in our hearts and hopefully many more to join them.

Many of you may have heard of us or played at our venue and you know what we do and how we do it.

Off course we will keep you updated of our progress and be transparent to you how we spent the money.

To be short we are not only a stage, but also a rehearsal area, I am a counselor who tries to listen and help many people.

We provide darts, and billiards and our plans are to fix our kitchen and start a soupkitchen for the people who need it.

But also maintain proper and healthy food for the people who can afford it.

We try to start art, drama and a music school to help the youth.

And also cycling and walking clubs for health.

We try to bring knowledge and information in any way to the people by discussion and art

Autistic, bipolar, transgender, gay and other people from many beliefs and social or racial backgrounds have called the Meister their home and we want to keep it that way and expand this feeling to those who want it.

I do not want to speak for other people, but I think that we have helped many and we hope for your support to continue helping in this new form.
