Total Eclipse Of The Heart is een kleine theatervoorstelling over Grote Emoties van theatergroep Kassys. De première is op 28 oktober a.s. in Frascati in Amsterdam.

De voorstelling gaat over vier mannen & een hond die het beu zijn om zichzelf altijd maar te moeten beheersen, zichzelf in bedwang te moeten houden en ‘de schouders eronder te moeten zetten’. Ze besluiten te onderzoeken wat er gebeurt als ze dat eens niet doen. Als ze gevoelens van verdriet of blijdschap eens niet in perspectief plaatsen en de relativering een keer achterwege laten. Kortom: ze besluiten te gaan zwelgen in hun emoties.

De voorstelling is een coproductie van Kassys met kunstencentrum Vooruit in Gent, theater Culturgest in Lissabon en theaterfestival Oerol op Terschelling. Het wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door het FondsPodiumkunsten, AFK (Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst), Fonds 21 en VSBfonds.

Hiermee zijn we er bijna, maar nog net niet.

Voor het laatste resterende bedrag om de voorstelling te kunnen maken schakelen we je hulp in.

Doneer voor de kostuums van de acteurs en bepaal hoe zij er uit gaan zien !

Dit zijn de acteurs: Gerardjan Rijnders, Harm van Geel, Peter Vandenbempt, Vincent Brons en een hond.

Wil je dat één van de acteurs gele sokken aan heeft tijdens de voorstelling? Dat kan.

Of een rood overhemd? Dat kan ook.

Wil je dat een van de acteurs het logo van je bedrijf op zijn T-shirt heeft staan? En tijdens de voorstelling dus continu reclame maakt voor je bedrijf? Dat is ook mogelijk.

Of een foto van jouw hoofd?

Of van je hond?

Dat kan dus ook.

Total Eclipse Of The Heart is a small performance about big emotions.
The premiere will be on the 28th of October 2015 in Frascati Theatre in Amsterdam.
The performance will be in English.

Four men and a dog are fed up with it. Fed up with always having to be self-controlled, fed up with always having to make the best effort and always having to keep up the good spirit.

They decide to experience what happens if they would stop doing just that. If they would stop putting their feelings of sadness (or joy) in perspective.
In short, they decide to revel and to go wallowing in their emotions!

Total Eclipse Of The Heart is a Kassys-production, coproduced with Culturgest Lisboa, Vooruit Gent and theatre festival Oerol Terschelling.
And is made possible by Fonds Podiumkunsten, AFK (Amsterdams Fund for the Arts), Fonds 21 and VSBfonds.

With this support we are almost there but we still need some extra fundings.

Make a donation for the costumes of the actors and define what they will look like!
