We come with several years of experience of organizing events in our previous capacities with social organizations. The goal to form Stichting Indian Summer Festival is to make the scale larger and target audience beyond just Indian community, reach out to the people all over the Netherlands.
Our vision
We as an organization are striving to organize a festival which aims to bring the rich Indian heritage to Netherlands,we are in a constant search of finding talent in the Netherlands and neighbouring countries which dedicate themselves in the learning and showcasing the various art forms of India. We would like to give them a platform to showcase their talent. This also provides an opportunity to encourage others to learn different art forms of India, irrespective on their nationalities, ethnic background.
In these past years we have seen a rapid increase in demand for Indian handicrafts and clothes. Many sellers have mushroomed in these few years which cater to this demand. There are organizations which concentrate on small scale industries which provide employment opportunities to the needy or recycling products made of plastic etc to produce new products. We would like to give a platform to all these suppliers to showcase their products at our festival.

Our Ask
As we are growing bigger every year, we also are attracting artists from various regions of the Netherlands. To offer them fully functional green room facilities, refreshments and logistics and giving the visitors the weatherproof experience, we would require support from each of you.
