Rose and The Bass to Norway for second album?!
I started this campaign to raise money for my second album recordings in Oslo, Norway. This year in spring I'll be working with professional Norwegian producers and musicians. I wrote 9 songs in demo form that we will produce and record. I need 5000 euro to:
- Produce the songs with the producer
- Rent the studio for 6 days

- Produce the songs with the producer
- Rent the studio for 6 days to record 9 songs
- Hire the musicians
- Record drums, bass, guitar, keys, vocals, horns with engineer
To have more time and space for creativity, I bought a bus that I will live in. This way I save myself the monthly rent and the bus is not only my home but also my studio. I travel to inspiring music cultures, visit jam sessions in cities all around the world and park my bus at the most wonderful locations to record bass videos. So, the first destination will be Oslo, Norway!
In exchange for your contributions, I’m gonna do a ‘van-tour’ performing from my bus in various places in the Netherlands. And I will launch a podcast show in which you can ask me that burning question.

Rose and The Bass naar Noorwegen voor tweede album?!
Ik heb deze campagne gestart om geld in te zamelen voor de opname van mijn tweede album. Dit voorjaar ga ik in Oslo aan de slag met professionele Noorse producers en muzikanten. Ik heb 9 nummers in demo-vorm geschreven waar we aan gaan werken. Ik heb 5000 euro nodig om:
- De nummers te produceren met de producer
- De huur voor de studio voor 6 dagen om 9 nummers op te nemen
- Muzikanten in te huren
- Drums, bas, gitaar, toetsen, zang, saxofoon en trompet op te nemen met engineer
Om meer tijd en ruimte te maken voor creativiteit heb ik een bus gekocht waar ik in ga wonen. Zo bespaar ik mezelf de maandelijkse huur en de bus is niet alleen mijn huis maar ook mijn studio. Ik reis naar inspirerende muziekculturen, bezoek jamsessies in steden over de hele wereld en parkeer mijn bus op de mooiste (of gekste) locaties om basvideo's op te nemen. De eerste bestemming is dus Oslo, Noorwegen!
In ruil voor jouw bijdrage ga ik vanuit mijn bus optreden tijdens een 'van-tour' op verschillende plekken in Nederland. Ook lanceer ik een podcast-show waar je me die brandende vraag kunt stellen.
